I was driving around the neighborhood when I saw an open house sign and followed it to a neighborhood I wasn't looking to buy until next year but decided to take a look. Jared came out to greet me , I immediately felt at ease as he extended a welcome and introduced himself. As I walked through the house with Jared he was knowledgeable about the house and didn't make me feel uncomfortable or rushed. His positive happy attitude made the experience a pleasure. As I showed interest in house I asked Jared questions, if he wasn't readily aware of answer he was able to obtain most of info as we went through the house. After deciding to buy, he kept constant contact by phone or email. He made me aware of every step along the way, being a first time home buyer I never felt that anything I asked was stupid or obvious.
